Hi, I’m Rachel.

You’ve landed here because you feel stuck. Like there’s no clear path forward.

I know reaching out for therapy can feel big — and maybe even if a little scary, whether this is your first time or you’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t quite stick. Here, you’ll find a place to be seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you navigate what’s holding you back, and support you in discovering new ways to feel more calm, confident, and in control of your life.

I see you. I’m here to help you:

  • Face your fears with support, practicing new responses that reduce stress and build confidence.

  • Navigate anxious thoughts and compulsions in ways that feel manageable and empowering.

  • Understand the patterns that keep you stuck — whether from anxiety, OCD, trauma, or past experiences — and learn how to respond differently.

  • Develop self-trust and flexibility, so uncertainty and change feel more tolerable rather than overwhelming.

  • Process past experiences safely, allowing old memories or beliefs to lose thier hold on your present life.

  • Make choices that align with your values, helping you live authentically rather than simply following coping habits that no longer serve you.

My Approach

I combine proven therapy methods with a compassionate, collaborative style that respects and honors your life experiences.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques that help untangle thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while also exploring the underlying patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we will work to understand what drives your anxiety, compulsions, or stress responses, and experiment with new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding that fit your life.

You will never be forced to do anything you’re not comfortable with, and nothing in therapy is about simply following directions. I focus on helping you understand why a particular approach or exercise might be helpful, so you can choose what aligns with your goals, values, and a sense of self. Change is most meaningful — and lasting — when it comes from understanding and personal choice.

Collaboration is central to my work. You are the expert on your own life, and I provide guidance, support, and insight to help you move towards meaningful, sustainable growth. Together, we will experiment with new ways of responding and practicing skills that build flexibility, resilience, and self-trust.

My Values

Compassion

I approach every client with curiosity and kindness, recognizing that the patterns you developed were once protective. Therapy is a safe space to explore struggles without judgment, and to honor both your efforts and your growth.

Collaboration

We work together as a team. Your insight, goals, and experiences guide the process, and I provide guidance, tools, and support so that change is meaningful and sustainable for you.

Integrity

I am honest, transparent, and ethical in all aspects of therapy. I provide clear explanations, realistic guidance, and a safe environment where trust can grow and difficult work can be done with confidence.

Autonomy

You are the expert on your own life, and therapy is a space to build self-trust and agency. Together, we explore choices and strategies that empower you to respond to anxiety, OCD, and/or past trauma in ways that feel right for you.

Therapy with me may be right for you if…

You notice patterns in your behavior or thinking that keep you from feeling free, but aren’t sure how to change them.

You want a collaborative, compassionate space where your experiences are understood and valued.

You want practical strategies that actually work for you, alongside deeper insight into why these patterns exist.

You’re open to experimenting with change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

Outside of the Practice

When I’m not in session, you might find me on the yoga mat, walking my dog, or quoting lines from The Lord of the Rings and other nerdy movies. I love diving into fantasy and rom-com novels, exploring the world of Dungeons & Dragons as a beginner adventurer, and mastering my country line dancing moves. I’m also a fabric collector, a Formula 1 fan, and enjoy scrapbooking — always looking for creative ways to express myself and have fun along the way.

Ready to embrace change?

Ultimately, therapy isn’t about fixing you — it’s about helping you rediscover your agency, navigate challenges with confidence, and create a life that feels authentic and aligned with what matters most to you.
